The Role:
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for property management? As our Real Estate Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From managing tenant relationships and handling maintenance to delivering financial reports, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our properties profitable and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle tenant enquiries, lease agreements, and screening processes.
- Manage move-ins, move-outs, and address tenant concerns promptly.
- Perform regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage property budgets, ensuring timely rent collection and expense tracking.
- Review financial reports for property owners, including income and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of property management principles and local regulations.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for decision-making.
- Familiarity with property management software and financial reporting.
- Registered as a restricted or unrestricted salesperson.
