Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and tradespeople.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and property regulations.
- Manage tenant maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate closely with property managers and team members to ensure efficient operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in property inspections or property management is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in property management software (training provided if needed).
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
